TINDER OPENS CONVENIENCE STORE IN SHIBUYA To make the swiping application a little more accessible, give the youth a destination to mingle and make memories we opened the first ever SwipeMart - a konbini - for four days. Konbini are a go-to spot during a night out, from pre-drinks to late-night snacks. Putting a new spin on konbini staples, visitors could get free Tinder konbini treats including a Seishun Sour drink, spicy Tinder (Tender) Chiki and Super Like chips, which come with free Super Likes to use on the app.

Whilst the limited edition merch, original Tinder products and photo opportunities were available to upgrade their Tinder profiles, shoppers could also boost their profile in the app as they attended ‘Boost Time’ in the shop. Each night, SwipeMart turned from konbini to concert venue. Rapper Elle Teresa, TikTok sensation Shimamo, tokyovitamin’s Vick Okada, and DJ collective CYK performed unique sets from behind the SwipeMart’s register.
